Shipping policy

We aim to despatch an in-stock boxed bike 3-5 days after an order is placed (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).

Delivery will take between 8-10 days (not including weekends / bank & public holidays).

Please note the dispatch timescale shown in on our website / basket / order confirmation are estimated. If applicable Saturdays are included in the calculation however items are normally only dispatched Monday to Friday.

Bikes will be delivered by a number of couriers depending on the brand of bike you ordered you will know which one it is in your order dispatch email.

Delivery Of Parts & Accessories

For parts and accessories we aim to despatch in 2-3 days. Some orders may be split due to items being sent from different locations. Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands).
